Justin Burke is an early-stage go-to-market builder who helps founders turn uncertainty into clear market signal and a repeatable growth engine. He’s been an early GTM leader across multiple venture-backed startups, including one that reached unicorn status, and is known for a warm, steady approach that combines sharp diagnosis with hands-on execution.
Working at the first three startups he helped build taught Justin a simple truth: the details change, but the core GTM bottlenecks don’t. ICP drift, fuzzy positioning, inconsistent pipeline, and missing operating cadence show up in nearly every company. His work is about finding the constraint quickly, aligning story and motion, and building systems that compound beyond the initial push.
